Consultation

A free initial consultation is provided for all incoming clients. Consultations are 15-20 minutes and help us determine the right course of action, plan for evaluations, and answer any questions you have.

Evaluation

Evaluations include formal and informal assessments, a written report, and a consultation with the caregiver to discuss the assessment findings and treatment strategies.

  • Speech Articulation Evaluation: $225

  • Language Evaluation: $325

  • Speech Articulation AND Language Evaluation: $500

  • Additional evaluation pricing structures available upon request (e.g., pragmatics, voice, fluency)

Treatment

This process includes direct therapy with the client, guidance and training for both the client and their caregiver, as well as comprehensive record-keeping.

  • Individual Speech Therapy: $150/hour

  • Group Speech Therapy: $120/hour per person

The process

Step 1

Schedule a consultation. Consultations are free! This is where we will get a chance to chat about any concerns you have regarding your child’s speech and language. We will gather information that will help determine the appropriate assessments and evaluations required to guide speech therapy sessions (if deemed necessary).

Step 2

Book an evaluation. Evaluations help us figure out your child’s strengths and areas of difficulty and helps determine exactly what should be targeted in therapy sessions. Pricing varies based on areas of need (which are determined during our initial consultation).

Step 3

Begin speech and/or language therapy! The amount of therapy time needed will be determined from the evaluation. Therapy sessions are 1 hour in length (55 minutes of direct service, 5 minutes for notes/planning).

Payment

Currently, we are private pay only. While we do not work directly with insurance, we are happy to create a superbill for you to submit to your insurance in an attempt to get reimbursement.
